Pereira expressed his gratitude to his former teammates, staff, and fans at Fulham, saying, "From the first day at Fulham, I felt at home."
"Thank you to my team-mates, staff, and fans for every moment," Pereira added. "After three years, I leave proud of what we achieved together. Fulham will always be part of me."
Pereira has signed a four-year contract extension with Palmeiras until 2028. The Brazilian club has paid €10m for the 29-year-old midfielder.
