Klopp was present at the parade on Monday, returning to Merseyside after the Premier League trophy ceremony on Sunday.
In a social media post, Klopp shared his thoughts: "My family and I are deeply saddened, and our thoughts and prayers are with those who were injured and affected."
He also expressed the team's motto, "You'll never walk alone."
Liverpool legend Sir Kenny Dalglish also shared his reaction: "I'm shocked, horrified, and deeply saddened by what happened at the end of the parade today. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone and their families who have been impacted by this tragic event."
"Our anthem, 'You'll Never Walk Alone,' has never felt more meaningful. We're with you, our Liverpool family."
