Down 3-1 at the Camp Nou, Barcelona staged a remarkable comeback to snatch victory in the 98th minute. Raphinha, the Brazilian sensation, scored the winner from the spot, sending Celta's Vicente Guaita the wrong way.
Speaking to DAZN post-match, Flick was effusive in his praise for the in-form forward. “When you win games like this, it’s something you enjoy,” he said.
Flick admitted that Celta Vigo were a formidable opponent, but he was quick to heap praise on his team. “They are a great team and they have a great coach. We had already warned them about it in the press conference,” he added.
But it was Raphinha who stole the show. “Raphinha is very important, I love him, like the other players, but he is a leader. He always has that positive thinking that he manages to pass on to the rest of his teammates,” Flick gushed.
